A neighborhood where getting together is effortless.
Five Points is one of Colorado's oldest historic neighborhoods.
The five points, in the district name, are the vertexes formed where four streets meet: 26th Avenue, 27th Street, Washington Street & Welton Street.
Welton Street was home to over fifty bars and clubs, where some of the greatest jazz musicians performed.
Five Points was known as the "Harlem of the West".
From the 1920s to the 1950s, the Five Points community thrived; with a rich mix of local business and commerce along the Welton Corridor.
At Clear Creek Homes, we do more than build houses, we build sustainable architectural gems in vibrant communities.
Our goal is to provide you with the things that truly matter: superior design with carefully thought-out details for modern living; customizations to your taste; high quality, environmentally friendly construction; and, ultimately, a partnership with a builder you can trust.
