Luxury brownstones planned in Denver’s Five Points
Add one more project to the flurry of activity in Five Points.
Clear Creek Homes, along with Palisade Partners and Civil Technology Inc., will build 26 luxury brownstones at 2400 Washington St. in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood.
The homes will each be three stories tall and will range in price from the high $300,000s to the high $400,000s.
The development will be dubbed the Brownstones at King Stroud Court, according to Clear Creek Homes, a Denver-based home builder.
Palisade Partners is a Denver-based real estate developer that is also redeveloping the nearby Rossonian Hotel, a historic piece of Five Points where the likes of Billie Holiday once played. Civil Technology is a Denver-based project management company.
“Prospective buyers will find a luxury-level brownstone not found anywhere else in the Denver metro area. Buyers will also be able to customize their brownstone to their tastes,” said Laura Wnorowski, broker and owner of Clear Creek Real Estate.
The homes are expected to be complete by the end of 2015.
